My neck started hurting Thursday. Thought it was better but joke is on ME.
I tried to stretch this morning to see if it felt better & felt a crackle & now I’m debilitated. I can’t move my neck at all & I’m just crying so I’ll see yall later but I won’t leave you all hanging… now swipe & grow 🤭
