So there we are, taking pics, I've thrown my bikini top up on the rocks somewhat near my daugher, and taken down my shorts. I'm precariously perched on slippery rocks, on the verge of falling into murky water (who doesn't love being in murky water with God knows what??)...but I feel like I'm at least kinda pulling it off. My daugher's having fun directing my poses...when we hear a little ki-d screaming in excitement. And the screams sound like they're getting close FAST. We were both completely confused because there was absolutely NO WAY a sm-all ch-ild could have done this hike. NO WAY. Then we start to hear adult voices approaching too. If you look up to the top of this picture...up where the waterfall appears to begin...that's where the voices were coming from. There was no place to hide, and there was absolutely NO WAY I was coordinated enough or quick enough to get my pants on, and get out of the water in time to retrieve my bikini top and put it on. My daughter's laughing hysterically and trying to balance her way over the slippery rocks to where my bikini top was sprawled. She's telling me to just swim out into the water. I'm trying to balance on the rocks without sliding off as I crouch down to cover myself. But I WILL NOT step off those rocks to completely submerge myself in that murky water. I'm way more afraid of what I can't see under the water than I am of dealing with an annoyed parent. I'm sure we sounded like a couple of total loons!!
