We went on a hike that was classified as 'hard'. The great majority of hiking adventures seem to be classified 'easy' or 'moderate', so we were looking forward to the challenge. By 'hard' what they meant was, prepare-to-climb-bolders-and-huge-uprooted-tree-trunks-and-oh-by-the-way-there-really-isn't-a-path-so-I-hope-you-brought-your-phone-for-GPS.
It. Was. Awesome.
This was the one time we actually got away by ourselves, and I brought my tripod for pics. Our plan was to hike up to the waterfall, take pics there, then hike back. We figured there wouldn't be many people, if any at the waterfall given the difficulty level of the hike.
