And
“How do you stay so positive”
The answer is…
I don’t. I simply do not remain in those two modes. I’m not a robot, I’m human.
For years I have spent so much time asking myself a litany of questions “am I a crap person” “what am I doing wrong” “how do I progress from here” and I always manage to crawl my way out of those mental traps that I set myself up for by realizing that “I can, and I will” so long as I “don’t panic”.
This video was taken post workout at 6am, well before the majority of my city even wakes up, I didn’t want to get up this morning, I didn’t want to work, hell I STILL want to crawl back into bed.
The only reason I didn’t was because I know “I can” get up, I have no reason to skip my routines because I know/hope “I will” feel better, and thankfully I know, even if I am running late…ORrrr having a rough moment/morning, as long as I “don’t panic” everything CAN and WILL work itself out for the best.
Life is not supposed to be Instagram or Pinterest perfect. If it was… it would be very very boring.
