For as long as I can remember, I have always loved the sauna, so since my childhood I even knew how to heat a banya properly👌🏼 I could go inside several times and even spend few hours in total. The feeling after a sauna cannot compare to anything, the body is so clean that it is almost creaking, beautiful blush and real relaxation. Of course, the best thrill is jumping into cold water or snow after the sauna and then I feel just like the healthiest person. Even when I was in hot Asia, I still went to the sauna 😅
