everyone’s recovery is different bc everyone's trauma is different. mine isn’t healed or over with because i finally got over one small facet of a weird social thing i was left with. i still deal with a lot of really not fun or cool things, but i am so much older and wiser now, better equipped to handle my shit. taking control of who sees me, who can communicate me on what level, paywalling myself, are all little steps on my journey of recovery. if y’all need support on this topic, you are welcome to send me a message. im not a shrink but im good for a conversation.
