I first started trying to meditate regularly about a year and a half ago, but only in the past 3-4 months have I gotten really consistent about it; at this point it's an integral part of my daily routine. Today marks a 60 day streak! ☺️ It has made a huge difference in my life, and I'd love to share those benefits with you. Would you be interested in guided meditation videos from me? I'm picturing ~10 minute videos like a morning wakeup ritual, quick confidence boost, pick-me-up when you're feeling sad, etc.. content with the intention to help you start the day off right, motivate you, make you feel good, and remind you how awesome you are.
