

Vulnerability check... sometimes a good deep cry can be more healing than an orgasm! Sometimes it just takes a good understanding friend or partner to ask a few times, who hurt you, or what’s really going on? I’ve also been micro dosing here and there, which can help open you up to these kinds ideas, of deep healing. Sometimes we don’t even realize the depths to which we may have been hurt in the past until someone caring helps edge it out of us somehow. Cool to feel safe and let some of the past go.
