- Train Hard
- Eat Healthy
- Practice Gratitude
- No Tech 1st & last hour of the day
- Be Punctual
- Be Honest
- Communicate Clearly
Also one of the reasons I sub to very few people, most are less disciplined than me so why would I allow them to discipline me? 🤷♂️
