Today I want to tell you how not to become lazy when everything around you is slowing down? 😅

You know how it is: you get up in the morning and everything seems fine, but as soon as the week starts - you just want to get stuck in bed and do nothing. A couple days of rest, and there goes the full-on procrastination! 😂

I always try to do something at times like this so I don't slip into total rest. For example, I go to the gym or just go for a walk - at least a little bit, but it always helps. When the body is activated, immediately and thoughts are different.

And one more lifehack is to set small goals for yourself. Like, “I'll do this in 10 minutes, and then I can play games or something relaxing.” It always works for me! 💪
