To exercise when it’s shitty outside, I go up the stairs of my building. I do 7 floors then I walk to the other end of the building go up 7 more, walk, up, until the 30th floors. It takes me about 20 minutes. My cardio go up to 145. Cheap & quick, pleasant with music or a podcast! What do you do for cardio?
