




STAY FIT FOR A LONGER SATISFYING SEX LIFE I have been fairly active most of my life. At an early age, my parents introduced me to sports. My dad is slightly overweight but strong as a bull. At 75, he got in the water with a huge lug to solidify our lake dock by himself. That’s impressive. My mother was a gym class teacher. She played pretty good tennis until her 80’s. Just like me, she hits with the boys. Cigarettes shorten her active life. Thanks to exercise, sport and nutrition, I am in decent shape for a big girl. Unlike many overweight people and flaky PC dietitians, I do not believe that you can be healthy at any size. Being pretty and fat is absolutely possible just like you can be ugly and thin. But healthy and fat, no. I will always be thick and slightly chubby. Like my dad, I’m naturally strong, When slim, I look like a swimmer not a ballerina. All women in my family have a big round buts, big hips and big racks. Thanks genetics! But at the moment, I am too big to keep a long active life, a life worth living. I am working hard to drop weight and gain back the muscles I lost during a bad period I had about 8y ago. These are the pictures of me at my ideal size. On these, I am 40yo, I understand gravity did its thing and I won’t look like that again unless I pay 100 000$ of surgery 😂 But with exercise, a good muscle mass and a good diet, I think I can look and feel pretty good again. Staying healthy is the only way to keep your dick hard and cardio fit to fuck good until your very old! It’s worth the efforts right 😛 Do it with me, share with me your progress!
