In this video, I am guiding you in real time through a 10 minute ab workout that focuses on planking. However, I put my own sexy spin on it by doing it naked! If that isn't incentive enough to get you on your feet to do this challenge, I give you a reward of sorts at the end the video! However, you can only watch till the end if you completed this challenge, no cheating! Note that I am a very sweaty human so don't mind my shininess in this video.
