This guy is new so I’m not sure if he’s this older couples son (son is maybe in his 40’s) but he was doing some yard work and then decided to take a little seat right on the side of the deck where he could see… I didn’t notice him until after I’d already taken a couple videos 😳 but at that point I was like.. well free show! Haha😂 💞 Oh my goodness. What an absolutely beautiful day. I went to the farmers markets with my mom today and I bought her some flower baskets to hang in her backyard and let me tell you… they’re beautiful! I only took pictures of the black velvet ones… but look how awesome they are!! The other ones were super pretty purple with an assortment of other shades of purple flowers. After we were done at the farmers market, we went to a new restaurant here in town and it was pretty good! They ended up taking over 40 minutes to give us our food but my mom and I were so in our own world that we didn’t notice until the waitress came over to apologize and actually took my quiche off the tab which was super kind and I tipped her very well for having such proactive service. She was so sweet. My mom got this brisket salad thing and it was soooooo gooood! The brisket was very tasty. My egg white quiche honestly was pretty mid but the pickled beets were very tasty. Can’t go wrong with anything pickled. 😏🤤I love pickles. Also check out those tiny salt and pepper shakers! They are so cute! I had to show y’all. 🥹 After brunch we went back to her house and sat on her porch watching her flowers dangle while we chatted and chatted and chatted. Really had such a fun day today with her. I did get a little sunburnt but I would get burnt all over again if I could live this day once more. P.s that’s my my family dog, Maggie! 😌
