Fun fact: There was a brief period in college where I thought about becoming a real librarian, and not the naughty internet librarian that I am today. The library at my college was such a cozy space, and I've always loved libraries, so it seems like a good idea. But you need like a full degree in in Library Studies. And that feels like a pretty niche degree. And while I love books, we live in a world that is becoming increasingly more digital, and it feels inevitable that books will be a truly dead format one day.
I did know one girl who was in the Library Studies program who wanted to be a librarian. I wonder if she did it. I mostly wonder if I'm more of a librarian than she is lol
