I think everyone should have the time, ability and interest in their well-being to be able to develop their intuition, mind, inherent goodness, internal beauty, self love, self-worth and self care. It's been a nearly full-time job for me for close to 3 years now. When people have free time, rarely do they spend time to go deep. Many busy themselves with activities that are distractions, not allowing themselves to tap into any sort of self-discovery or freedom from fear, guilt, shame, and all the BS we bring with us into adulthood. I'm so very happy that I continue to go deep and can always count on my intuition, which takes a lot of fucking work. #imworthit xo
