



i was at a yoga festival for peace yesterday π€ we moved, we chanted, we meditated in the name of shantih / peace ποΈππΌπ€ we also got fed delicious, nutritious & organic food, as diet is one of the 5 pillars of yoga, amongst the: π§ββοΈ asanas (the positions) π¬οΈ pranayama (the breath) π savasana (the relaxation) β¨ vedanta & dhyana (positive thinking and meditation) it was a wonderful day full of invaluable wisdom & a much needed reset β¨
