Added 2023-10-25 23:41:53 +0000 UTCtonight’s hot yoga was HOT 🥵💦 i’ve ben nursing a cold this week so thought a hot yoga class might help get rid of its final bit. the class was great but it felt hotter & harder than normal, and i almost passed out 🥲 i also always forget how i need to bring many layers to change into after because i get soaked, it’s basically like exercising in a sauna after all 😅 so i was very cold on my way back home and it took a hot shower, a hot water bottle, and a hot radiator to get some warmth back in my back 🥺 so we’ll have to see tomorrow what the net effect of this decision was 😅
