Personally, I changed my whole life around because I was tired of everyone's bs, including my own. I cleaned my life up, moved 600 miles away from where I was living, and now my life is 100% better because I decided I wanted better and deserved better.
Just know that you are only trapped if you think you're trapped. It's crazy what our minds convince us of when we are so used to living a certain way. You don't have to deal with the negativity you're dealing with if you don't want to. Sometimes you have to take yourself out of your comfort zone to get to a happier place in life.
