i want to use the ensure shakes i love so much as a base bc im literally addicted to them but they're expensive so i can only use like 3-4/day max. & someone already bought me weight gain powder stuff too but i dont know what else. ice cream ? heavy cream? any ideas or recipes ?? help !!
