Would you travel by yourself? Would you go to the movies by yourself? Would you go to dinner by yourself? What will you do by yourself for at least an hour today? Start small!! Please comment below and tell me how you felt before, during, and after. It may be different, difficult, or out of your comfort zone to do something on your own instead of having a friend, a partner, or a family member with you. What would you do sitting by yourself at a restaurant or sitting alone at the movies? Could you drive cross country on your own (or bring an animal along to keep you company.)I have done all of these by myself, and yes, it is change; it could be scary, there could be challenges, but otherwise, it grows us to be a better person. I m*et amazing people when I am not with someone. It gets me out of my routine to say hello to someone new. While traveling to different places, you m*et all walks of life, and you open your eyes to a whole new world. In 2015 I finished the book Kon Mari The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying. After I read it, I started the process and got rid of many things that did not bring me joy. It cleared my mind from stuff, I never knew where anything was, and I realized what is important to my life moving forward. I was ready to move to New York City, but I knew I had to get rid of my properties for my sanity and lessen my anxiety. I loved my home, but I was ready for the next chapter. In 2016 Romeo, my Shih Tzu mix dog, and I drove from San Francisco to NYC. We took our time at a dude ranch, Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore, Chicago, and enjoyed our sexy warrior road trip. My book is coming soon of the best trip I have ever been on & a blog on how Kon Mari Tidy up changed my life. Are you ready to be your true authentic sexual self? Join my journey! xoxo, DR @drresa #drresa
