yesterday was a busy day!! I finished all the important tasks on my list and still had time to draw, read, and take a walk to the beach by myself. about the book — I finished the first part of ‘the gray house’!! I’m really into the vibe, it feels cozy and warm. the characters and the atmosphere, wow. a lot of people who know me said I’d like this book, and now I see why — it’s definitely for me.

I feel like I’ve been working less these past few days, and I don’t like it. it’s like I have less energy, and while I’m trying to rest and not feel guilty about it, finding the right balance is still really tough.
so… today I went back to planning, but this time based on time. I made a list of tasks I need to do daily, how much time I should spend on them, and stuff like that. planning always calms me down, helps me organize the chaos in my mind, and gives me a sense of purpose. it really helped me again today.
I hope to get back to my usual work rhythm soon. too many words, now — about my plans.
today, I need to:
- make posts on all my social media for the day
- plan out posts for the coming days — fansly and boosty posts
- sort the creepy set I wanted to post before halloween
- edit previews for ppv videos
- set up a collab with another model
- prep my recent art for posting on my art accounts
- update data on my notion app
if I have extra time, I’ll keep sorting sets and planning posts, but that’s the most important stuff for now.
oh, and I also remembered that music and a pomodoro timer help me stay focused and work better, so I’m using those again today.
as for my way to rest — either today or tomorrow, I want to plan a meeting with my bestie, but it’ll probably be late at night. last week, I met her after work, and we either walk on the beach or hang out at her place. it was cute time together, but I feel like doing that too often is not so good idea. it’s nice for socializing and unwinding, but too much of it messes up my schedule.

today I went to the mall in a gothic outfit — it was a cute and fun day, and I felt great.
later in the evening, I decided to go for a swim in the outdoor pool for the first time in a while, but it was unexpectedly cold and uncomfortable. I couldn’t swim for long, so to warm up, I decided to try the sauna for the first time, but realized it’s not for me :( I started to panic and got really anxious because I had a hard time breathing in there. I know it's supposed to be normal, but for me it was mostly stressful and disappointing…
I just got back home from the sauna, listening to some music to calm down.
the rest of the evening I’m planning to work a bit more, maybe draw, read, and hopefully get to sleep earlier.

I’ve been feeling the weight of autumn melancholy too. my energy feels even lower than usual. I try to keep myself busy, but inspiration comes in waves, lifting me up and then suddenly dropping me back down. keeping a journal has been helpful, focusing on the good things and reminding myself to keep moving, even if it's just basic tasks like cleaning or washing dishes. I've been reading and drawing a lot too — it helps.
I’m really feeling the lack of live interactions though, and I’m not sure how to handle it yet. I talk to my sister, but since she lives in another country, it’s not quite what I need. still, we support each other, and that’s been a huge comfort when I feel down.

recent days my sleeping schedule was terrible, I slept two or three times daily for about three hours each time. and… today was first day when I finally slept enough, about 8 hours! so happy and alive haha
just a fact about me: I can’t fall asleep without music. for sleeping I love music from studio ghibli movies, or soundtracks from genshin impact. reading also helps me to sleep, now I’m still reading book called ‘The Gray House’. love it.
