Sitting down for long periods of time really starts to hurt my back (even with a good chair lol) so I’m reallllly glad I invested in a sit stand desk 🤓 Standing desks help improve your posture, give you a lil bit of an energy boost & helps you prevent muscle stiffness 🧍🏼♀️
