So far Patreon seems to offer the most freedom and easiest way to intergrate other things like Discord.

Alright soo time for a little update, it seems OF is going to "force" NSFW content creators off the platform and make room for celebrities and influencers, how much of this is true I don't know but it is slightly concerning since I was planning to do NSFW things relatively soon.
