Minimalism is easy. It means when you buy only what you need. We live in the century of unnecessary stuff. We buy more and more every day. Instead of spending time with family or friends, we spend time in a store. Sellers advertise a lot of stuff and consumers buy it. Actually we should spend money on only basic needs. It’s necessary stuff that makes life better, useful or helps make money. For example, for me must-have is a phone, a laptop and sunscreen. I do revision of my wardrobe and throw away unnecessary stuff once a month. I live with the 2 suitcases and I should put inside it only important and useful stuff. When you move often, you think before buying something. Do I need it or not? Do I have place for it? I am sure that we should give away each other only useful stuff. I’ll give away if you really need or love it. Finally, I can say: I am a minimalist.

Tipping I’ve done exercises in my diary from this book. I think this book is amazing therapy. 2. EGO: The Greatest Obstacle to Healing the 5 Wounds and Heal Your Wounds & Find Your True Self by Lise Bourbeau You will understand yourself better. You will love yourself and your wounds. 3. The 5 Love languages by Gary Chapman This book will be great for understanding your partner. You will know how to show your love. 4. The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason This book about the simple rules for money. I am sure that it should be the first book for every person😅 If I knew these rules before, I would be rich already🤑 What are your favourite books?
