Today is the day I fixed the BlackHog's leaf spring mount. It was literally the only problem it had. And very dangerous. Tried to find it by the dealer here, but was not lucky, probably someone mounted wrong leaf springs in some of it's 43years old history. No big deal for this 🦾 girl. Fabricated new ones from marine stainless steel. Those will be forever. And of course tested immediately by going to the beach!

Look how you cut the tail with normal pliers, electric wire cutter and.... wait for it... nail clippers! No more scratches, no more damaged insulation, no more swearing. I even showed this to my uni-professor who was like 130 years old and he had to admit he has been doing it wrong for 120 years. Bonus Info: you know how your nitrile gloves shear the first second you start to work? 97,3% of the time is because you reach around wrongly trimmed zip-tie. Now you know, you are welcome. 💖

🤮 this is how fuel tank of my new (to me) Bullfrog. It is so beautiful bike, but sadly was flooded. It will be a bit bigger project than I thought 😥. Any tips on rust removal? My idea was to fill it with vinegar, throw some stones in it and violently shake it, then put diesel and oil in it, let it there for few days, then clean and flush with petrol fuel once or twice. Better tips?
