💋 This is an appreciation / thank you message 💋 As I'm currently editing a segment for one of my upcoming episodes, I've encountered a question that often fills my DMs: Which do I prefer more, working on cars or photography? To be honest, it's a 50:50 split, but there's always a catch, right? I love photography, whether behind or in front of the camera, but after many years as a wedding photographer and handling general customer/family work, I've experienced a bit of burnout. It's an awesome hobby, but as a job, it can become draining after a while. Firstly, because actual photography is only a small part of your business. Dealing with customers, processing photos, and driving tend to consume ten times more of your actual work than taking photos. Secondly, because I see photography as an art, I like to do things my way, how I envision them. Unfortunately, you only have a certain level of freedom when working for customers, especially when your livelihood depends on it. Having a client like Karen screaming at you that the best photo should be black and white and insisting on it can ruin your entire week. So now, I primarily focus on my artwork and selfies, dedicating myself solely to photo and videography (both in front of and behind the camera) that I enjoy. You know, they always say, "Keep your hobby a hobby; if you turn it into a profession, you'll come to hate it." It's true to a large extent. The same sentiment applies to cars. It's the best hobby, but as a job? When I tried to enter the "boys' locker rooms," I mean workshops, it always "worked" exactly as you probably imagine. Not necessarily due to a lack of respect (you can earn that with hard work), but being the only girl in a mechanical shop always creates tension. Well-intentioned people tend to be overly cautious, and ignorant ones usually spoil the environment for everyone. However, I'm grateful for my experiences because now I'm pretty sure I would have burnt out from being a mechanic too by now. Working on junk cars you don't like, dealing with customers, administration, risks, regulations, etc., it wears you out. I really admire people who are able to do it their whole lives (and without cutting corners). 💕💕💕💕💕💕 So this is where you come into the picture. When you support my channel, you enable me to avoid burning out from my two main hobbies and passions: photography (I LOVE creating customs and being creative for you) and being a car mechanic whose job is fixing old junk I love. 💕💕💕💕💕💕 Thank you. Every tip lands on fertile ground. On YouTube, I would have no chance to succeed. You make me happy, let me make YOU happy too.

Totally heartbroken 😢 I was driving and enjoying my day in my Jaaag and in some nice sharp curve one my tire exploded, I am not really a good driver, but somehow managed to keep it on the road the first spin, but then it went off the road. Well happy we didn't fell down from a volcano somewhere, roads are dangerous here. Reminder that life is short and to keep your tires in good condition. You know what they say about mechanics driving in neglected junk and it was true in this case. I was having hard times to find new tires for the R390 (weird sized) wheels, so was driving on very old and bad tires. Lesson learned 😥😥😥 But now is my darling parked in by my garage and I will fix it in next episodes. Yea I know, female driver, I cannot park there, I heard everything today. Deserved.
