I’ve spent pretty much this entire week in bed stuck in a rapidly spiraling depression hole and I’ve been feeling like absolute garbage about myself. I’m trying to remind myself that people like my body and that I’m not the worst person in the world. It’s a hard conversation to have when you don’t believe it yourself. Anyways, I took this in the shower about an hour ago, hoping I can see some good in my body.
