Keeping a daily journal has honestly impacted my life for the better and has expanded my possibilities. Not only have I been much more organized, but since I’m a visual person I’m able to really see how much I can get done in a day! Journaling also helps me stay grounded 🧘🏻‍♀️ I write down 3 things or more that I’m grateful for every morning and I believe it’s one of the main reasons my blessings keep coming! If you’re not able to go outside, due to weather or whatever reason, you can supplement your diet with vitamin D tablets or through vitamin D rich foods. Make sure you’re also loving your skin and wear some sunscreen to protect you from those UV rays! ♥️☀️

One mistake I see a lot when it comes to the one arm/bent over rows is the over use of the bicep. When you do this exercise, you want to make sure that you are pulling your shoulder blade back to your spine. The best way to do this is to bring the barbell to your hip when pulling your elbow back. Make sure you’re not looking up like me (I wanted to give you a lil smile 😘) keep your neck neutral to your spine to avoid injury.
