Good morning my loves!!! Happy Saturday!!! I got woken up today by both of my nephews calling me asking me why I was still in bed and there were no lights on 😂 they don’t know what sleeping in is clearly when they wake up before 7am haha. Anyways I had my coffee outside while enjoying the sounds of the birds while catching up with my little besties. Im just taking it slow right now as my body is hurting from my fibro but maybe I’ll get my steps in cause that usually helps!! Happy Sunday my loves!! I feel like I’ve been going non stop all day long!!!! I babysat one of my nephews last night and he’s sick so he woke me up a couple times in the middle of the night and he wouldn’t sleep in today. Happy Tuesday my loves! I was feeling under the weather last night and still this morning. Ugh I don’t know where I picked something up but I’m fighting hard to kick it goodbye. Fun fact I’m also a holistic nutritionist. I want to give my body more nutrients and hydration so I grabbed some things in the fridge I picked up the other day and made myself a juice full of healing nutrition 💗 have you ever made your own juice? I know the colour looks wild but it’s really good !!!
