Trigger warning ⚠️ Weight loss, exercise and training I know this is a sensitive topic for many. As you may or may not know I have been out of action for 2 years following a head injury which was later diagnosed as Chronic illness/ Chronic Migrane 🧠 I have been so fortunate that my neurologist is a rockstar and nailed my treatment the first time round six months post diagnosis I have got my life back, returned to full time work and can enjoy adventures and exploring like I did before my injury. 🥾🌳🌴 This also means I have had full clearance to return to high intensity training 💪 ❤️ When setting my goals this year I wrote down I wanted to return to 17% body fat my personal best being 15% not for appearance purposes solely for a challenge and to push myself again like I once did. Upon getting my body scan last week I learnt my goal might be easier to reach than I imagined with my current BF being at 17.3% 🔥 However a disproportionate amount of body fat sits in my abdomen. Although I live a very active lifestyle and eat pretty well whole fresh foods I do eat very large portions not to mention I am a slut for snacks particularly potato chips and chocolate. 🤤🤤🤤 The chocolate addiction is so intense I have been known sleep walk and help myself to chocolate during the night 😂😅 🍫 The purpose of this post is I’m planning on upping my training and cutting back on sugar. Exercise was a huge part of my life prior to this injury and I look forward to being well enough to train again 💪❤️ My question being is this content you would be interested in on top of my current content ? Filming snippets of workouts and posting updates and progress? I understand it’s not for everyone so want to put feelers out on what you guys think 🤔 Again I’ll keep all the spicy naughtiness but just being a large part of my day to day would this be worth filming or keep it to myself ☺️ Again these goals are personal and I understand it’s a topic that can be upsetting for some. My body has made many changes throughout my life and I have loved it during all of them I do however love a challenge and now I can move my body again why not push the limits 😜😈 Love Sophie 💋 xxx
