This type of squatting is different because it’s not targeting the quads but the glutes and Hammies. As well as kickbacks they are targeting your glutes to the extreme. I never miss these two when doing glutes! Try them out with 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps each and HEAVY WEIGHT if you want to grow💪🏽

But, it has to be combined with hard core training in order to see results and be able to maintain them. 🍫 💪🏽 - Always train them at least twice a week. - Do more than two or three sets with 20-30 reps. - Focus on what part of the core you want the most to stand out and train that specific area only if you dont want other areas to stand out. - Try to eat right at least 5-6 days a week! Why is it important to have a rest day during the week? 💯 Today is my rest day which means no training. I usually just do a fasted cardio and start my day. It’s important to have a rest day because you don’t want to lead it to muscle fatigue which this means that doing too much exercise during the week and not having a rest day will deplete your glycogen levels. 🌞 When you have a rest day, you allow your muscles to replenish those glycogen levels and you’re preparing them for your next killer workouts during the week!💪🏽 Mission accomplished! Got the vitamin D I needed for the day.🥰
