Take chances, make mistakes, get messy!! What do you think of my Miss Frizzle cosplay? This is one of my very first attempts at making custom clothing with a home drafted pattern! I made the dress and pattern in 2017 and the entire process was filled with absolute disaster! I ran out of fabric, the fabric was too thin, it kept pulling in weird places, and I had to learn how to make darts! I think it took me a month from start to finish! All in all, I'd say it was very worth the learning experience. More to come!

In the first three pictures, I'm wearing a corset over my chemise. The last three I have an additional two skirts (or petticoats) under my overskirt. This is very comfortable and cozy, I really enjoyed wearing this outfit this spring, I'm super proud of this outfit, not going to lie. :)

This is another dress that I made to be worn with my under-bust corset. The skirt likes to move around a bit more than I'd like without a corset underneath it. The cape is absolute happiness and I love wearing it in appropriate weather, lol.
