I'm going to be restructuring, rebranding--going back to my internet roots. Do you remember "buildbigmuscle.com"? It's been a long time, but that was my original website that focused on muscle building and exercise instruction. The sexual stuff just doesn't feel right anymore. I'll still flex, still be a teasing muscle daddy, but I want to lead men in their 40's and older to make healthy changes and help them safely build muscle and feel better.
