I am a woman who's had a kid and lost one. My body went from fit to 75 plus kg because pregnancy I could not exercise with so much pain. I don’t have a naturally fit body; I fight for it. I’ve battled physical and mental health, often against the odds, to stay healthy. I know what it’s like to have no money, no motivation, and no help—yet still push through to make fitness work at home.
I know what it’s like to be tired, unsure how I’ll make things happen, but finding a way because it’s better to be tired chasing my own dreams than someone else’s. I’ve faced hate, judgment, and doubt, yet I’m still here. Every excuse, every battle you have? I feel you—I’ve had my own.
At 40, fitness isn’t easy. In my 20s, it was. Now, my body works differently, and I have to work around its limitations. There are things I can’t eat anymore, aches I have to manage, and people telling me to stop. But I keep going, not because it’s easy, but because it’s worth it.

Michelle and I were shooting together. We walked at lake Konstanz in Austria trying to find a place to shoot.
We found two beautiful places. This was the second spot.
We waited till the people around us were a good enough distance and then I stripped bare and we took photos all around this log.
We only surprised one man, a dog walker, as we were shooting he didn't expect to see me here and I did not get covered in time.

I’m not on social media for the likes or the applause. I’m here to do the real work, especially when no one’s watching. I’ve been at the lowest of lows, where life seemed too painful to continue, and somehow, I found the strength to pull myself back.
I know the agony of feeling worthless after being deeply hurt by someone who was supposed to care. I’ve battled with illness, feeling depleted and lost, unsure of how to heal and move forward. I’ve struggled financially, living paycheck to paycheck, wondering if I’d ever catch a break.
I know what it’s like to have excuses, no time, no money for fancy training. I used YouTube and social media to learn and grow because that’s all I could afford. I didn’t start my journey yöung or with any special advantage. It’s always been me against me, pushing myself to become stronger, mentally and physically.
I don’t have a team of social media managers or a big production crew. It’s just me, an ordinary woman with a family, working hard every day, dreaming of owning a home and not having to worry about bills.
I understand everyday struggles. I know what it’s like to wonder if things will ever get better. But I also know this: the only way to make life truly worthwhile is to keep working on your dreams, no matter how hard it gets. Your journey might not come with instant rewards or a perfect ending, but it will bring moments of joy, satisfaction, and hope. And that’s what really matters.
