I love the process of lying on the sand or rocks, putting my face in the sun, closing my eyes and sinking into my detached thoughts. The sun feels like it's enveloping you from head to toe, and it's an incredibly pleasant sensation.
And a bonus to all this is a beautiful natural tan!
Of course, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise you can become a color like cancer 🦞 😀
