Had a great time with friends and family for holidays this week - I hope you all have gotten to enjoy some time off of work too for rest and relaxation. I am scheduling a livestream for Tuesday night - I hope you can come!!
For this month’s rebill, I’ll be picking 3 of my favorite content releases from each year of my gain and that will go out tonight. Counting calories has been going great - I don’t count calories on days that I eat restaurant food or eat with family but on the days I have been counting I usually hit 3,000 at least! Have had a couple 4,000+ days 🥰 slow and steady seems to be the way, but I do fantasize about my metabolism just breaking and rapidly piling on weight again 😮💨😮💨

Yesterday was really good!! Almost hit 4,000 and and the highest stuffed weight I’ve seen all week 🥰 I slept in a lot because I couldn’t sleep the night before so for starting around 4pm I was able to eat a lot. My goal for today is to eat about an equal amount or more 😚
For anyone who may be concerned about my counting calories again - this is temporary to help me get through the plateau I’m stuck at and I wouldn’t be doing it if I was worried it would affect me negatively. It’s kind of a drag, but at the same time it’s fun seeing it all add up as I eat throughout the day!
Ps I’m a MFP noob (I used Fitbit in the past) so I added everything as snacks 🤪 I’ll try and log better today! 2,950 is the amount the app says I need to gain 1lb a week but I think it’s more than that - we will find out!
