Good morning on a sunny Saturday!
Sleeping in today, celebrated friends birthday yesterday and it was such a great night. I met my best friends during high school (some even earlier) and now we don’t get together that often, because, you know, life, but when we do, we have so much fun - laughing til tears (usually about the wtf things we did while in high school), talking til sunrise. Would be a cliché to say my friends are a true blessing, but they really are ❤️
So, here’s to a happy weekend for me and for you! ☀️

That’s a wrap on Monday! Such a wild day, rollercoasters and all that fun, haha. Woke up, had the best morning, lying in bed, enjoying the morning sun (while I can, the autumn here can get pretty grey) 🧡 After that, nothing went according to plan, had to adapt to surprises a few times, buuut got rewarded in the evening with the most wonderful walk - a beautiful sunset while evening mist was rising, music in my ears - louder than it should be 🎶

Spent a couple of hours in the studio today, paying tribute to the end of summer. I really do love painting, as it is one of the rare occasions when you can reach almost a meditative state of not thinking about anything else except what you’re doing. 🕊️ Also maybe I should paint while naked haha?
