Sundays. So I usually don’t share but if you want a little pick me up - here’s some of my Thoughts. On Sundays I like to sleep until I’m warm, when I wake I bake… like wake and bake. I do self love things on this day. I make juice, today I made carrot juice. I made a blue magic smoothie that had the perfect blend of all the flavors I was craving. I don’t even make coffee on Sundays. I made cocoa after my liquid breakfast and then decided I needed to be warm again. I curled up in my sauna bed. Layered in my pink sweater I just got cozy. After making sure I was toasty I played with my cat- his names Toast. I did 20 minutes of yoga, like actually stretching for a solid mini block of time. I actually got like hot ^_^. Decided to get some fresh air-it’s freezing here. But I don’t mind. Went on a little stroll. Came inside and made a blend of hot tea and turned on the shower. I’ll check back in later. X
