I took these of myself in August. I was working up in Northern California. The entire town below me in the mountain was on fire. You could feel the quiet and the flames.
There was such a sleepy tone to the woods, it’s like they were adjusting to the smoke. The sun was so red, glowing like a nectarine.
I decided to run in each day down a dirt path although the air quality was horrible, I don’t mind breathing the destruction if it means connecting. I went on walks with my little grey kitten. And when things got too hot Iv been decided to just take it all off. After all, we’re a alone a little so why not live with ourselves.

I have decided to try and make things a little more personal again.
I have been being more vague only to be in a lite happy mood for you. This summer was very difficult. If your new I was abandoned by my love rather tragically and it was very harsh. I was lost and had to scramble to find a new home, but I did it. Iv been on the move ever since. Mostly to distract myself. Iv been working on healing now in my new home and I think I’m ready to share the beautiful moments I was lucky to have in the midst of all the pain. Thank you for sticking with me it means the world to me. Your support has enabled me to continue doing art projects, and study. Creating is what makes me feel the most whole. Sometimes there’s a bit of a sadness but this is a happy moment, I am grateful to be here with you. Thanks for keeping me strong and able to keep my head above water. ^_^

Would you like to come get stranded deep in the woods? My car broke down near a gorgeous farm filled with maryjane 🌿. There’s a super cute farm girl who let me stay. After chores we are sticky with sweat so … we’re going to cool off inside. We’re watching scary movies and making strawberry lemonade today to beat the heat🍓🍋
