Hi, I go through phases of posting on here. The real reason ... and I’m trying to be as transparent as possible here with you guys, Is self esteem. I know that if you didn’t like what you see you wouldn’t still be here, and I appreciate it more than you will ever know. It’s something that I’ve always struggled to work on and I hide out when I’m feeling ‘vulnerable’. I need to just bite the bullet and not self criticise as much as I do. But although working in this industry I have gained a lot of confidence over the years, I have also lost a lot at the same time. Putting your body out there for everyone to see has become harder for me. I ridicule every photo and get myself in a rut. I’m more aware of every single imperfection more than I ever was, and it’s been a struggle. Anxiety really is the bitch here. Which is why you haven’t seen me online as much recently. It’s a daily struggle. I don’t want you guys to feel sorry for me here, that’s not the point. The point is to be more transparent, and maybe getting this off my chest will free my mind of always feeling like I have to be ‘perfect’- a limitation self imposed and by no means spurred on by any of you. Now that I’ve got that off my chest, I suppose I better start posting more 🙈 I hope you’re all doing great 💖💖💖 lots of love !!💖💖💖
