Potato Crusted Quiche Part 2...pop in the oven at 400 degrees. I like to either start or finish baking on the bottom rack so that the potatoes get nice and crispy - but for the majority of the bake, it's the center rack for me. Play and experiment and have fun. It's ready in about 30-35 minutes depending upon how accurate your oven temperature is, your altitude, your attention, and your love. Go and eat some grounding potatoes today! Smooches...

I was went to Black Rock Desert this summer to support some dear artist friends of mine behind the scenes as they built their creation for the “Burning Man Art & Music Festival”. We arrived a couple of weeks before the crowds and experienced a major storm - the storm before the storm — hehe. We had to bunker down while the rains and winds hit our camp.
