I just wanted to formally apologize for being a little absent this week. It’s been a rough week for me and I’ve been pretty down. Some personal things are going on and I know I’ve been off my game a bit. I hold myself to a pretty high standard for creating content and consistently posting, and I feel like I’ve failed at that this week.
