Unilateral exercises are extremely important for developing and maintaining and balanced physique. You can see the right side at the beginning of the video is performing the exercise very easily but when I switch to the left side (with an injury), it looks no where near as good and controlled as the other side.

I’ve always been a big fan of using as much of the cable loaded machines as possible for building the body. Constant tension = More gainz and less impact on the joints

Putting in some OHP work. I prefer the neutral grip bar since it is much easier on the shoulder joints but still provides just as good stimulation
