Back training is key. I try to keep the intensity high and the form really good. Especially with having preexisting injuries, you don’t want to allow one side to fatigue and get sloppy while the other is still repping out good reps. Stop if one side starts to feel way fatigued over the other.

It’s Brittany Bitch. Had a good workout today. Waiting on my edible to kick in to down the remaining 1,500 cals I need today. On good thing about being 250 vs 270+ is that I always feel pretty athletic at this weight.
I wonder if the falcons are looking for a 29 year old linebacker who will run a 5.2 with 3 months of training and would instantly need shoulder reconstruction after the first tackle? 🤔

After a month and half of handling life stuff, I’m down to my lowest weight without trying to be since I was about 20. 252 is actually what my drivers license says from back in 2015. I’m really looking forward to building back up.

Back day was great today. One of the best in a while. Training has been inconsistent lately due to my FD flaring up but thankfully it does not look as bad as it feels thanks to adequate hair coverage. You gotta love the irony.
Set Progression (reps were 8 to 12 depending on lift)
Set 1: warmup at a 4 - 5 difficulty
Set 2: 6 - 7 difficulty
Set 3: 8 - 9 difficult
Set 4: As many reps as possible with a top weight
