For big arms…
For both triceps and biceps:
Pick 2 - 4 exercises for 10 to 15 (5 each) total sets weekly. Make half of which are pretty hard. Do a few sets to failure. Eat a caloric surplus. Your arms will grow guaranteed.
Building toward a big bench in a few months. New records to break.
