On February 23, 2022, all the authorities of my city (mayor, police, deputies) left the city, without explanation. But then no one paid attention to it. So, at 4 am on February 24, 2022, I wake up from the sound of an explosion and look out the window, something is burning unrealistically right on the horizon, they immediately turn on the air raid sound (before that I heard it only on the Internet).
