I pulled my hamstring back in 2018 and I couldn’t even touch my toes let alone split. I made this routine and you see the results all over my social media. The secret is no secret for my Sages in training.
For hip flexors, adductors, abductors, lower back, hamstring and quad flexibility improvement.
