Morning โWOOD Breakfastโ ๐ณ โโโโ
Welp, clearly the regenerative stars ๐ was aligned during the good deep sleep hours of 2am -7am. Rock-A-Fella was UP & AT IT as well!!! ๐๐พโโ๏ธ๐ค๐๐พโโ๏ธ- That was a shot of grape ๐ juice (to really wake up!!!๐คฉ, vanilla yogurt with Strawberries, Blackberries and Pineapple๐.
This morning was a bit rough as my Hot ๐ฅต Intense Late Night Leg Routine wore me out. Do you also need 9-10hrs of sleep after a Good Leg๐ฆต๐พRoutine? I sure do!!! I do my best to keep the same โgoing to bedโ ๐๏ธ and โwake up scheduleโ ๐ possible. For me it helps with overall and BETTER circadian rhythm, sleep patterns, and natural test levels. I know the day before has been GOOD-GOOD!!! Why? ๐ค๐งโโBecause Rock-A-Fella is Good-HARD!!! ๐๐ค๐คฉ
