I’m making cute bento boxes for my partners lunch. I know my skills need some finessing but I’m excited to start cooking more Asia inspired meals because they are so satisfying to create but also just so fucking good.
First box: Glazed Pork Belly 🍙 onigiri in the shapes of a heart and traditional triangle. I made a Korean style light but (little spicy) gochujang sesame ginger rice noodle with chopped up pork belly left over with scallions on top. Of course some cabbage and sushi rice to top it off as well as some soft boiled eggs + kimchi.
